The first week of August we were still gone on our trip to Kansas and Missouri (blog post below this one about that trip).
So here are some other things that we have been up to this month. A couple weekends after coming home, I spent a few days at my brother and sister-n-love's house to help Joanna babysit our nephews and niece.Quil and Micah on their bikes

A few evenings lately we've had picnics on our back deck, enjoying the nice weather.
A neighbor's sunflower that we got to enjoy
Sign Language lessons with our friend, Mrs. Stratman every week
Daddy and I took down our old white car tent and put up a new one.

We babysat a little boy named Honor one weekend for some friends. He got to go to church and Randy+Joy's house with us on Sunday.

We had some new neighbors over for dessert to get to know them.
On August 25th I started my last year of school!
On August 26th, my friend Ivanna got to come visit for a couple hours. We enjoyed the time together.
That evening Randy and Joy's family came up for supper and left Joanna with us for the weekend so she could go to Bible Study with me.

August 29th was my brother, Jason's 20th birthday. He is one of my best friends and one of my dearest brothers. I love you so much, Jason.
(Pictures of him are from when we got to see him in May)
On Saturday we went to our library, where there was a retirement party being held for Pat Betz, who has worked there for 40 years! She watched my siblings and me grow up pretty much. :)
