September was a month fully back into the swing of school! September 1 was the college picnic day at Miami Whitewater Forest park.

It was a perfect day for it! We thanked the Lord for that because most picnic days, it usually rains.
September 5th was a 60th anniversary party for Bro. and Sis. Sankey!!

This couple is so precious. They have served the Lord faithfully and are wonderful examples to everyone younger than them in our church family. Congrats on 60 years!
One Sunday we had all GBS students over for Sunday dinner. We are enjoying getting to know new students along with ones who have been to our home before.
September 6, after church several families who had brought their supper along had some fellowship time together!It was a sweet time.
September 7 we went to see Elizabeth in Indiana since we were off work and school for Labor Day. It was good to see her again and help with projects around EFM.

The next weekend, my aunt Marlene and uncle Tim came from MO for a short visit. It was so good to see them!
For Sunday dinner that day we had 3 GBS students, Marlene+Tim, and friend from church, Retha, who also knows Marlene.

Elizabeth came home for her birthday weekend, and Jason and Karen came over for her birthday meal!

SWSE has started up again - very different than it used to be because of Covid19, but at least we're doing something again. The strings meet for practice on Mondays, woodwinds on Wednesdays, brass and percussion on Fridays.
September 28 I took Meagan out for coffee at a new place near GBS.
We liked it very much!

My ASL classes from Cincinnati State are still being held online, which means turning in recorded homework online. I've been trying different set-ups for recording myself. Here's one of them.
One evening we went to GBS where they were streaming the Live SightNSound Theater's production of Esther. It was really cool!
Gaby and I went on a bikeride at Lunken Airport one Friday evening. The weather was perfect!!

They graduated highschool together too, leaving me to finish alone! :) Here they are doing it again, but it's okay. ;)
There's been construction work going on at our church the past 2 or so months. So much has happened! I took this little gif one evening last week of the kids jumping off the roll of carpet that was waiting to be installed.

A coworker, Elisa, has been doing an amazing and beautiful job with scripture art in the kitchen every week. I am just amazed at her talent. She uses it to bless all the coworkers with God's Word!
