I was so thankful to be able to attend a few days of Mode Camp in IL. It was such a blessing to me: the services, the fellowship with brothers and sisters in Christ, the rest/refreshment of being out in the country, the conversations that happened, and the deepening of friendships, etc.

The last Friday night of August, my mother fell and broke her wrist pretty badly. They were visiting relatives at the time in MO. My CFA bosses were so kind to let me leave work early on Saturday and make a sudden trip up there to be with my parents. My HH bosses were so so kind to cover me for two days as well. So thankful I could spent that time with my parents and be a help to them during this painful time.
