Hey everybody! Our December was a buzz with all the activities that surround Christmas time, so I have a bunch of pictures from those festivities to share.
To start out the month, we had 5 friends from GBS come over for Sunday dinner: Danette, Jimmy, Jarod, Karen, and Karina.
Our church put on its annual Christmas Drive-Thru program. The Stetlers and Strouds do so much work to make it happen, and then there are many volunteers who jump in and help.

The GBSC Christmas program was Dec. 7-9, so the week building up to that was intense with week-before-finals classes, and practices for the program. On the dress rehearsal day, our friend Jenny came home with us for the afternoon and supper, before we all headed back to GBS.

On the song "Christmas Angels" the academy kids got to join in as angels.
The program was a mixture of the choir, SWSE, and the story being played out.
We tried to get a violin section picture while others were getting in their places.

One evening during the last week at school, a few of us decided to go to a mall and walk around.

Two evenings in December, Kimberly played beautiful Christmas songs at our Chick-fil-A.

December 12th was our church's Christmas party. Here, our pastor's wife, Regina and her sweet grandsons are putting ice in cups.

The Sunday before Christmas, we had Tim and Brenda's family with us, as well as Jason and Karen.
Felix missed lunch because he was getting a good nap.
That evening we went to Jason and Karen's church in Dayton, OH.
Before church, we enjoyed visiting with our relatives, the Profitts.
It was like a little family reunion.

Jason and Karen had sickness on Christmas day, so they couldn't be with us, and we also missed Randy and Joy's family, and Jeffrey and Lesa.

The next day Tim and Brenda had to leave, but Jason and Karen were feeling better so they came over for supper and opening their gifts.

The last Sunday in December, we had 2 ladies from our church over for dinner, Becky and Carol.
Elizabeth and I really enjoyed working at Chick-fil-A a lot over Christmas break. We tried to get some pictures with our co-workers. Here's the skirt-gals at CFA!

Then today, I was off work and got to meet up at CFA with the Harms for a yummy New-Year's Eve lunch together.
Well, that pretty much describes our busy month, and brings us to the end of another year! Today, Dec. 31st, Mother is getting cataract surgery done.
God has blessed us so much and been so faithful to us. He never changes - Praise His name! We are trusting Him with all the unknowns in 2019, because we know He will be with us and has it all under control. The One True God is trustworthy! You can trust Him too!
