March 2021

Hello! March was a very special month, because 11 others from GBS and I went on a missions trip to Honduras 3/16-3/25. I want to do a separate post about that trip sometime, so won't include that here. So, other than that trip, March felt like a short/fast month with fewer normal pictures.

A group of ladies from GBS often goes running together. I've joined them a few times. Here's one morning when we actually got a picture to prove it.

On March 3, I drove to Westfield, Indiana to surprise my sister at the Bus Convention.
It was so good to see her. After the sessions that day, we ate supper together than headed to our respective homes.

I also got to visit my friend, Heidi, for a little while. It was so good to see her again too!

March 5, Melanie and I went out to celebrate our March-birthdays, a little bit early.

We had a sweet time together. So thankful that we get to do college together!

Sunday dinner guests on March 7: Rebecca, Danette, Lori, Mariah, and Audrey
Brittany and I kinda matching on the Sunday before St. Patrick's day.

My birthday was while I was in Honduras, so we celebrated a few days early on Sunday, the 14th, with Danette, Brittany, the Strouds, and Stetlers. Sadly, Bro. Stetler wasn't feeling well, so he didn't get to come. We had a sweet time together.

I sure do love these girls!

Sherilyn telling a funny story.
Sweet kiddos after church on Sunday evening.
A gorgeous sunrise one morning that week.

Matching with Mrs. Mitchell and Mother =)
Dasha and I - she gave me a sweet early birthday gift.

Here's a picture to represent the Honduras trip. The last day of the trip we stopped by this beautiful falls.
We even got to zipline over the falls, which is how I got this picture.

When we got back from spring break (Honduras trip for us), it was time for the GBS campus kids Easter egg hunt.
Alec figured out how to get that egg that I hid up there!
Ms. Jess always has ideas and the energy to go along with it to get projects done around campus! =)

Spring sprung the last week of March - it's been so pretty!
Gaby and I went to Eden Park one afternoon to try to capture some beauty!
The corner of Dorchester and Reading (in Cincinnati) has been just buzzing with all the blossoming trees! One kind of tree gets done, then another starts! This was the end of March, but as I write this, the redbuds are now just beautiful!
