Here are our happenings from February! It was another month that just flew by!

Sunday, February 2, the Harms kids sang a special song at church, accompanied by their dad on the guitar. They did a great job!

Feb. 2 - our dinner guests were the Szabos, Caleb, Jimmy, and Danette.

Feb. 4 was Student Development day at GBS, when speakers come and talk to us in sessions, as a student body. Between sessions, there were short breaks that we could run over to the Commons for donuts.

Feb. 7, we got a bit of snow at GBS, so Melanie and I decided to celebrate by making a little snowman!

Time spent with Gaby, whether it's studying or visiting, is always a blessing!

Feb. 8, we had to say goodbye to our coworker, Brad. We were blessed to have him work with us for as long as he was able to, and he will be missed!

Feb. 9 - our Sunday dinner guests were Kashleigh and Rebecca.

Feb. 11 - I took Jenny to "my" Chick-fil-A and we enjoyed supper there...

...while listening to some beautiful music from our friends Kimberly and Sarah D. who were playing to raise money for their missions trip.

Then Jenny and I hurried back to GBS for the music recital that was going on that evening.

Feb. 16 - our Sunday dinner guests were Caleb, Danette, Audrey, Lori, and Brooke, all students from GBS.

Feb. 14 - Hanna and I made a coffee run to help us study.

I enjoy eating some lunches in the cafeteria with the Harms family. Little Daniel is growing so fast and is almost 1-year-old already!

During chapel time one day, we had prayer over the choir members right before they went out for choir tour. This is just showing the girls' side.

Feb. 17, we were anxious to get some fresh air (January-February was 90% cloudy and gray weather, so we celebrated any time we saw the sun!), so Desirea, Hanna, and I went for a chilly walk around the pond at Eden Park.

One morning in SWSE, this section all happened to be matching/coordinating accidentally.

While the choir was out on tour, we had 2 days of break, so Danette, Abi, and Gaby spent the time with us. This was one morning during our study time. Our basement makes for a great "study hall".

Feb. 21 was a birthday party for Sis. Joyce Cooper, in our church's fellowship hall.

A nice amount of people came to help her celebrate 70 years!

I'm not sure who made the balloon arch, but it was beautiful, and took a lot of time, I'm sure!

Feb. 23, I caught this sweet moment during church, little Marshall holding his little sister and "reading" to her.

That Sunday we didn't get an around-the-table photo, but took some pictures outside later instead. We were so glad that these girls spent the weekend with us!

That evening was Youth Involvement at our church, so all the young people came up front during prayer time so we could focus on praying for them! Our church is blessed to have so many young people and children.

Feb. 25 we were blessed to have our friend Merilee Barnard stop by for a quick supper before we took her to the airport. It was so nice to catch up with her.

Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are Lily and I's ASL class days - one day we accidentally matched. :)

Feb. 28 - my friend Mrs. C took me to Carabello Coffee so that we could chat and say goodbye, as she and her husband would soon be moving to PA.

We had a sweet time together and some yummy coffee! This lady is so sweet and will really be missed around GBS, but I am thankful for how God has been clearly leading them to move back to PA.

The evening of Feb. 28 was a party for our Jr. Church kids who have been coming to church faithfully over the past few months. We've been doing a Taco theme about Walkin' and Talkin' With Jesus, so it was only appropriate to end the theme with a Taco Party! Our friend Gaby came to talk to the kids about Mexico.
