Hello friends! I am late in posting about December's happenings and blessings, so here I am finally catching up! Hope y'all had a blessed Christmas and New Year!
Early December, dear Ms. Mary Ann had Ms. Dotti and me over for the evening of supper, games, and gifts.

An early, foggy, Saturday morning at Chick-fil-A
I was thankful for an afternoon off work and I got to catch up over tea with this sweet friend, Elizabeth.
One of my coworker's husband is a pilot and they took two of us coworkers out flying to see Christmas lights from the sky!

So fun to do this with these coworkers!

One Sunday afternoon I enjoyed going to a wonderful Christmas concert at Asbury church with Ms. Renee, Ms. Mary Ann, and Ms. Dotti.

The choir and orchestra music was beautiful!
Thankful for these ladies in my life!
Dec. 16, my sweet friend and coworker, Shelly, took me to the airport to go home for Christmas break. We had a little extra time so got chai and chatted first.
I had great flights and was so excited to get home to my parents and family! (I hadn't been home to KY since May)
My oldest brother and his family (from SD) were all there for a few days as well. It was so good to spend some time with them too!
Grandpa and Josiah (youngest grandchild)
Grandma reading some fun new books to the kids.
Elizabeth reading to the kids another day.
We sang and played Christmas music some evenings together.
One late evening, I joined Randy's family at the hotel where they were staying and went swimming with the kids.
Train tracks and Lincoln Logs, some of my favorite childhood toys, now being played with by my nieces and nephews.
Dear Mother was not feeling well that week (from cancer, as well as radiation every day that week for pain management) but she enjoyed sweet family time. The neck brace she has on here helped with some pain as well.
Lots of things happening in the kitchen!
Playing Mem-O-Round
Together with my brother Jason and Karen over too!
Fun playing with Uncle Jason
Grandma with James, Micah, Jonathan, Jewelyn, Mishael, and Mandylyn

With Randy's whole family before they had to go back to SD.
I combed Mother's hair for her while I was home. She isn't able to comb her hair without a lot of pain.
I loved getting to be with Mother so much! <3
One Sunday evening a group from our church went caroling in the neighborhood before evening service.
Bro. Darrell Stetler reading the Christmas story with the children gathered 'round, during the Candlelight service.

I got to go skiing with the Harms family one day, at Perfect North Slopes.
It was a beautiful day!
So fun to ski together again! I used to go skiing with them before I moved to OK, but I think it had been 3 years!
Lunch time!

We ended our time at Perfect North with some tubing!
Our friends the Smiths joined us for the tubing fun as well.
I got to help Mother with two baby quilts and starting on a queen-size quilt. We were so thankful God helped her to be up to it a couple of the days I was there.
One day we went on a walk around the block. Mother was able to walk half of it, then rode in the wheelchair.
Playing my violin on Christmas day.
Christmas day with just the 4 of us - a quiet, sweet day at home.
One day I got to meet up for an hour with Brittany at our favorite chai/coffee shop.
My brother, Jason and Karen, over for another evening. <3
Playing a game of Chess before supper.
Last Sunday of December together.
My precious parents! So thankful for them!
Dec. 29 my best friend and my "adopted" sister Joanna drove down to spend a few days with us. We enjoyed playing some games, talking, and just being together.
I combed our hairstyles alike one day to match.
Saying goodbye to dear Sis. Regina Stetler after church.
