June was a full month with many things happening!
June 1st, I was blessed to get to spend most of a day with my dear KY friends, the Strouds, while they were on vacation in Branson. We did some strolling and shopping...

Such a fun day with this dear family! It was such a blessing and hug from God to spend time with them.
June 3-6, 10 of us Happy Hands coworkers went to Sulfer OK for a Deaf Education conference.
We had an air-B-n-B nearby which was nice.
I enjoyed early morning walks with Michelle and Beth Anne before sitting at the conference all day.
A beautiful tree at the conference center.
A group of us waiting for a session to start.
It was good to see my sweet Deaf friend Dawn, who was helping with the evening activities.
Ready to start another day at the conference.
The last day, my brother and sis-n-love were passing through OK on a trip and were able to stop by and see me for a lunch break! It was such a sweet surprise and another hug from God!
Back in Tulsa, we had one more day of Prof. Dev. and went out for lunch with coworkers.
I finished a sketch I'd been working on and sent it to my daddy for Father's Day!
I went to Silent Dinner at the mall and got to see these sweet Deaf friends.
Saturday mornings at CFA!
One week there was a family camp going on at Ochelata. I got to go for Saturday night and Sunday because of my work, but it was a blessing even a short time. Marc Sankey was the preacher.
I was thrilled to see these old friends from Colorado, who we hadn't seen since we moved to KY 8 years ago!
Crepe Myrtle is everywhere around here!
And it's so pretty!
June 19, we had a day off work so in the morning, my friend/coworker Allison came over to do tie-dye with me.
Then that afternoon, I got to hang out with my friend/coworker Kati. She showed me a town, the river front area, we walked quite a while, got snowcones, etc.
Visiting a flower nursery.
June 20, I joined many of my coworkers in getting to watch "Jesus - the Deaf film" that was released in theaters for a short time. It was incredible and so impactful!! Praying this film will impact many lives with the gospel, both Deaf and hearing people, but especially the Deaf community as they have full language access to the gospel and Jesus' words in this film. So thankful for God's help to Deaf Missions and everyone who worked so hard to make this happen!
A Sunday dinner of tacos with the Herrings. :)
A Sunday evening a quartet from Hobe Sound Bible College was at Ochelata. It was good to see my friend, Heidi Forsee!
One evening while I was working at CFA, some friends from church came for supper!
A lunch break with these two sweet friends and coworkers!
The last weekend of June, I spent Sat night/Sunday with my friend Janaye in OKC. Good to see her before she heads back to college in a few weeks!
