March was very full and blessed! My brother Tim and his family came to see me for a day; I went on a 4-day trip to SD to visit my brother Randy and his family; during Spring Break weekend, my friend Ivanna came to spend 3.5 days with me in Tulsa; I also had a blessed birthday week!
Day with my second brother and his family in Tulsa:
Fun times 1) with my niece on the Ferris Wheel at Scheels and 2) with my nephew at the park!
Family hugs are the best!My oldest niece
One evening I had my friends, Rod and Shelly, for supper and some games. They helped me a lot in my moving transition 6 months ago, and Shelly is a sweet coworker of mine too!

Headed to SD to see my oldest brother and his family for a few days!
Lunch with Joy and a few of the kids after they picked me up from the airport.
On our way to church Sunday morning!
One fun activity I did with the kids was putting their new trampoline together!
Such a beautiful spring day for it!
It was so fun to work together with my nieces and nephews!

Another game of croquet.
Joy took Jewelyn and I to a fun coffee shop one morning for special.
My sweet sister-n-love, Joy!
This is how they really felt about me leaving. :(
My brother took me to the airport, but first we stopped by Sioux Falls!
Back home the next day, catching up on things, and stopped by work to walk with sweet coworkers during their break.
One Saturday, I had the opportunity to play hymns on my violin as prelude and postlude for an anniversary ceremony celebration of some friends. I snapped this picture while practicing.
After it was done, the hostess of the celebration shared some beautiful flowers with me. :)
Spring burst in Tulsa during the last 3 weeks of March!
Sunday dinner with the Herrings the day before my birthday!
Birthday Mint Dirtcake (half eaten because we forgot to get a pic beforehand).
I worked on my birthday, but it was such a sweet day! During break, Ms. Renee and Kati took me out for lunch to Smash Burger.
My birthday dinner, Ms. Mary Ann took me out to Cheddars.
Beautiful flowers one of my student's mom gave to me.
I enjoy looking for spring everywhere I go!
Birthday ice-cream with my coworker Jentry, a few days later. It was fun to walk and talk and get Braums.
For my spring break, my dear friend Ivanna came to visit me for a few days! We hadn't seen each other in nearly two years, but have been close friends for 15 years!
We had a lovely afternoon at the Gathering Place.
One evening we went up to Ochelata, had supper with the Herrings, and then played piano and violin together for awhile. Such a blessing to be able to play together again!
Another morning we went biking at Riverside park.
We saw pelicans flying in a V-shape over the river. We'd never seen that before.
Introducing her to HTeaO!
Hiking at Turkey Mountain; it's the only "mountain" near Tulsa for hiking.
One last coffee at Ziggis before taking her back to the airport. We had such fun and sweet time together!
Beautiful Crabapple blossoms!
At a birthday party for a former student and it was so good to see this sweet girl who was also in my classroom last year!
Beautiful Redbuds!

Only March and we already have dandelions!
On a Sunday evening walk with my sweet friend, Ms. Renee. I worked under her last year but we're in different classrooms this year. It's always sweet to fellowship with her again.
