January 2024 - a new year!

After a wonderful and refreshing Christmas break at home in KY for almost 2 weeks, I came back "home" to Tulsa on Jan. 3rd, and started back to work on the 4th. Most of January consisted of school days at HH, but since I can't post pictures of those special days, here's what the remaining part of my Jan. looked like. :)

I'm so glad I got to do some sketches on 4 different days/evenings!

This one-room-school-house sketch was fun, but so challenging!

This might be my hardest sketch yet, as I was working off of multiple pictures for cues, not just one.

Another day during lunch break, these two coworkers went with me to get coffee but then we decided to go to my apt for visiting! It was fun to host them.

After 2-3 weeks of gray skies, very cold temps, and no sunshine, I was ecstatic to have a blue sky, sunshine Sunday on Jan. 28!

Some days at work I enjoy taking a walk during my break to enjoy the beautiful day.
