Hello! July 30th-August 10th, my parents and I went on a trip. First we went to Kansas State Holiness Association (KSHA) Camp in McPherson, KS (we try to go there every year), and then we went to Joplin, MO for a few days to spend time with my brother Tim, and his family, then we continued on to Branson, MO for a weekend with my mother's side of the family for my grandparent's 60th anniversary. So here are moments captured throughout the whole trip.

I enjoyed getting to go swimming with my family while we were there.
The first supper together. Some of our group sat outside because of not enough table room inside for everyone.

In each of the cabins, there were big teddy bears that brought a lot of amusement.

Getting ready for a family picture. There are 38 people in the Scoles family, but only 19 could be there. Only 5 out of the 17 grandchildren could come.

They have endured so much lately, but they are still here, by the Lord's grace. They have had such amazing attitudes through all they've gone through.

You know those signs that you see at campsites that say "Don't Feed the Bears!"? Well, Charissa didn't see any of those signs, so the bears got fed. :)

The next morning - Charissa asleep in my bed after I had gotten up.
We packed everything up and left the nice cabins.
We stopped by a quilt store on our way to Lambert's Cafe', where we would meet back up with all the family for one last meal together.
We had to wait most of an hour for a table because they were so packed!

Our table - they didn't have one table large enough for our whole group, so we were spread out between three tables, but they were all very near eachother.

After lunch, we went to a zoo/safari place and walked around to see the animals, and then we went on a drive through the rest of the safari too.
One last stop before going back to Joplin - Bass Pro in Springfield, Missouri.
On Sunday evening after church, there was a little party for my grandparents so that the church people and friends could come.
